Is BulliPatrol a counseling service?
How many accounts can I connect?
Our current pricing allows you to add up to 4 accounts per child.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time and there is no cancellation fee, however you are obligated to pay for your current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription through the My Account page on your BulliPatrol dashboard.
Which social media accounts do you monitor?
We currently monitor Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Android Messaging. We are constantly working to expand our offerings and as new features are added to our monitoring capabilities, they will be added to all existing plans free of charge.
I am on the church, school or community council. Do you offer programs for them?

Do you monitor every message?
BulliPatrol captures and analyzes every message sent to and from a connected account.
However, if we temporarily lose connection due to strong weather conditions, the social media platform goes down, or there is another service interruption, messages sent during this time may not be monitored.
We strongly encourage you to keep an eye on your BulliPatrol Dashboard and reports to keep track of changing social media activity.
